Therefore, the prayer is hereby allowed – Sidian Bank LTD is hereby enjoined to these proceedings as 1st Garnishee/Interested Party. Safaricom PLC is hereby enjoined to these proceedings as 2nd Garnishee/ Interested Party. 4.
