This Court has considered the Summons for Confirmation of Grant dated 07th April 2026 together with the Affidavit in Support of Summons for Confirmation sworn on even date by Antony Kinara Maragia, the Administrator of the estate and the Consent to the Proposed Mode of Distribution also dated 7th April 2026 executed by the beneficiaries, namely Antony Kinara Maragia, Florence Bochere Maragia, Emmanuel Ocharo Maragia and Josephine Nyamusi Maragia. 2. The Court has also considered the Affidavit sworn on 16th April 2026 by Antony Kihara Maragia confirming the status of the estate and identifying the beneficiaries thereof. 3. From the material placed before the Court, it is evident that all the beneficiaries have consented to the proposed mode of distribution and no objection has been lodged. 4. The Court is satisfied that the application for confirmation of grant is merited and it is therefore hereby ordered as follows: 1. The Grant of Letters of Administration Intestate issued to Antony Kinara Maragia on 28th July 2025 is hereby confirmed. 2.
