The Applicant filed a Revision Application on 11th February 2026 seeking review of the sentence imposed upon the Applicant on the grounds of poor health. 2. The Applicant was released on bail pending the hearing of the application. 3. The Probation Officer was directed to file a pre-sentence report to enable this court determine an appropriate sentence. 4. The Pre-sentence Report ahs been filed and it recommends that the Applicant be granted a suspended sentence. 5. The court considers a probation sentence appropriate in order to enable the Applicant to be supervised. 6. The Applicant has been repaying the amount he obtained from the complainant. 7. The Applicant is placed on probation for the remainder of his sentence (one year and six months). 8. Apart from complying with the Probation Officer’s requirements the Applicant is directed to make good his promise to pay off the outstanding balance of the sum illegally obtained from the complainant. 9.
