DEFENDANT RULING 1. By Notice of Motion dated 17/04/2025 the Applicant (Christine Wangare Gachege) seeks these two reliefs:1. That the Applicant herein Christine Wangare Gachege be joined in these proceedings as a coplaintiff. 2. That the costs of this Application be provided for. 2. Through a brief affidavit in support of the Motion, the Applicant avers that, like the Plaintiff herein, she is a Co-Administratix of the Estate of Rahab Wanjiru Evans (Deceased) on behalf of whose Estate this suit was filed. The Applicant therefore states that she has sufficient interest in this matter, hence her plea to join the proceedings. 3. Neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant herein filed a reply to the Application despite evidence of service thereof upon them. The Application is therefore deemed as unopposed. Indeed as an Administratix of a deceased person’s Estate which is the same capacity the Plaintiff has brought this claim, the Applicant equally has a stake in the proceedings. 4.
