The 1st accused person, Vincent Murithi Kirimi alias Supuu O’Mioro has, on behalf of his co-accused persons sought for a review on the bond terms requiring that they report to the Criminal Investigations Office at the Headquarters in Nairobi every Monday of every two (2) weeks until further orders of this Court. The accused persons seek that the court reviews this condition and directs that they report to the Criminal Investigating Officer in Meru as it is becoming expensive for them. 2. This has not been opposed by the prosecution’s counsel who has added that there be a further order that the said Criminal Investigating Officer filed a report with the court every once a month to confirm the compliance by the accused persons. 3. Having listened to the 1st accused person and M/S Murriu, counsel for the State, I have considered the request and reasons advanced. I find the application reasonable and justified.
