Pursuant to the proceedings on 11th November 2025, the court has perused the file and traced the petition for letters of administration intestate filed by Mary Wanjiru Kimani on dated 8th May 2024. 2. The Petition for Letters of Administration Intestate were filed in compliance with the Ruling delivered on 19th March 2024 which ruling ordered that “ Parties are at liberty to petition the court for issuance of a fresh grant of letters of administration.” 3. Having complied with the aforementioned orders by filing the Petition for Letters of Administration Intestate dated 8th May 2024, the Court directs that the file be referred to Deputy Registrar of the Family Division for further consideration in the ordinary manner of considering Petition for Letters of Administration Intestate. 4. The file is to be mentioned before the Deputy Registrar Family Division on 2nd February, 2026 for issuance of the Letters of distribution intestate. It is so ordered.
