The County Surveyor Bungoma is hereby ordered to conduct the survey work on parcel No. Bokoli/Bokoli/195 and subdivide the same in accordance with the Judgement of this court delivered on 30.9.2024. ii. The O.C.S Matisi Police Station to provide security for the County surveyor Bungoma during the survey exercise on parcel no. Bokoli/Bokoli/195. iii. All beneficiaries to meet the costs of the survey and provision of security by O.C.S Matisi police. iv. Mention on 3.2.2026 to confirm distribution.
