I have considered the summons for substitution and rectification of grant dated 27.3.2025, the affidavit in support thereof sworn on even date by Phanise Nyamanga Masotsi alias Phanice Naumanga Mutsotsi and the annexures attached thereto and I do note that all beneficiaries have consented thereto exhibited as annexure PNM 7b and I thus find that this application is well merited wherefore I allow it and I make the following orders: a. One Phanise Nyamanga Musotsi alias Phanice Naumanga Mutsotsi is hereby appointed as an administrator of the estate of the deceased in substitution of Gerald Shikunyi Mwitakho (deceased). b. A fresh grant to issue accordingly. c. The names of the deceased be and is hereby amended to read Mwitakho Mutachi alias Omwitakho Mutachi alias Musa Mwitakho Mutachi. d.
