I have considered the Applicant’s request for revision of 12 months’ imprisonment on each count for the ofiences of obtaining credit by false pretence, giving false information to a person employed in Public Service, giving false information to a person employed in Public Service and perjury respectively and which were to run concurrently. 2. I have considered the sentence review report dated 26th November 2025 and note that the same is favourable for a non-custodial sentence. 3. I find merit in the application for review. 4. The sentence of the trial court is hereby set aside and substituted by an order that the Applicant serves under Community Service order at Ndori police station for 12 months under the supervision of the OCS. 5.
