The Applicants by their motion dated 28 07 2025 seek as against the Respondent an order for adoption of the decision of the Data Protection Commission in OPDC Complaint No. 040 2025 between the complaints and the Respondent rendered on the 9th April 2025 as a judgment of the court for purposes of execution proceedings. 2. I have read the OPDC determination. The Applicants (complainants) were awarded compensation in the sum of Kshs. 650,000 = with a right of appeal of 30 days. Despite being served with the motion on 11 08 2025 by way of Email of which the court is satisfied by the affidavit of service duly filed, and there being no objection to the orders sought by way of response to the motion.
