On 6th November 2024, this court issued an order protecting part of the suit property known as L.R. 2. On 7th November, 2024, No. 234312 Chief Inspector Patrick Macharia appeared in this court to represent the Kiambu County Commander of Police. No. 234312 confirmed to this court that he would protect the suit property against any inversion or any interference in full compliance with the orders of this court. 3. It now transpires that the said suit property has been unlawfully and illegally invaded by people acting against the said court order. 4. To protect the suit property, it is now clear that the only authority that can assure compliance with this court’s order is the Inspector General of Police who should now come to this court and explain why the police cannot assure parties herein the sanctity of title to property and especially why the police have failed to comply with the orders of this court dated 6th November, 2024. 5. I therefore order that the Inspector General of National Police Service Mr. Douglas Kanja do appear in this court on 9th October, 2025 to explain why the order dated 6th November, 2024 issued by this court has not been complied with. 6. So as to further protect the said title, I hereby order and direct that titles Nos. L.R. No. 134/8 aforesaid and L.R. 245/4 (Njuno Farm) both registered in the name CKK Limited be deposited in this court for safe keeping. This shall be done on or before the 9th October, 2025. 7. The matter will be mentioned on 9th October, 2025. It is so ordered. DATED AND DELIVERED AT NAIROBI THIS 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 2025.
