Accordingly, the share allocation pertaining to Land Parcel Reference No. Eldoret Municipality Block 13/74 has been successfully transferred to Dr. Florentius Kipchirchir Koech holder of ID No. 1052947 2. The letter is supported by annexed signatories dated 27th June 2025 from Maxwell Otieno Owino and Emmanuel Otieno Owino stating as follows; We, Maxwell Otieno Owino I/D No. 1452665 and Emmanuelotieno Owino I/D No. 23512874 of P.O. Box 787-30100, Eldoret Do Hereby Confirm That by A Certificate of Confirmation of Grant issued on the 14th day of March, 2022 by this Honorable Court, we have transferred our shares contained in Land Parcel reference number Eldoret Municipality Block 13/74 to Dr. Florentius Kipchirchir Koech I/D No. 10542947 of P.O. Box 6689-30100, Eldoret all our rights, ownership and proprietorship. Resolution 3. Following the Ruling dated 14th March 2022, the Petitioners have confirmed compliance with the share allocation pertaining to Land Parcel Reference No. Eldoret Municipality Block 13/74 by successfully transferring to Dr. Florentius Kipchirchir Koech holder of ID No. 1052947.
