This is an Application by an Advocate for judgment against his client; in terms of the Certificate of Taxation. The same is dated 3/9/2024 and is supported by the Supporting Affidavit of Fred Kondo Athuok, sworn on even date as well as a Certificate of Taxation by Hon. L. Mbacho dated 22nd September 2022. The Certificate is for the sum of Ksh 20,813=. Being the taxed Advocate-Client costs. 2. This Application was brought under Section 51 (2) of the Advocates Act Cap 16 Laws of Kenya. Determination 3. The Application was duly served on the Respondent as per the Affidavit of Service by Enock Namupe sworn on 25th April 2025. 4. Being satisfied that the Application was duly served, and the same having been grounded on a valid Certificate of Taxation by Hon L. Mbacho (Taxing Officer) dated 19/7/2021, the Application is hereby allowed and judgement is hereby entered for the Applicant against the Respondent, for the said sum of Ksh 20,813= stated in the said Certificate of Costs. 5.
