It is now surprising that some other persons, Amelia Jeptoo Chesiyna and Gideon Cosmas Yator Chebii have applied to be enjoined to the proceedings vide their application dated 28/8/2025. 3. Since the application to which they have applied to be enjoined as parties was withdrawn long before they sought to be enjoined, there is nothing left and therefore the application dated 28/8/2025 is hereby struck out with no orders as to costs. 4.
