In the course of the vacation, that crucial legal instrument was availed to the French interpreter who duly complied with the directions of the Court and there is need for an earlier status conference date to move the proceedings forward. 2. This court therefore reviews the date of 30th September 2025 and have it substituted with an earlier one of 17th September 2025 for the French interpretation to testify on her interpretation of the document for purposes of admission under section 48 of the Evidence Act. 3.
