The applicants filed the present application dated 19th May 2025 seeking stay of execution of the orders of the trial court pending the hearing and determination of the appeal on record. 2. Directions were issued and the matter set down for hearing on 22nd July 2025. On 21st July 2025 the appellants filed a notice of withdrawal of appeal dated 17th July 2025. When the parties appeared in court, Ms. Kimani holding brief for Ms. Mwangi for the appellants prayed that the appeal be withdrawn without any orders on costs. 3. The application for withdrawal of the appeal was not opposed by Mr. Otieno learned counsel for the respondent. 4.
