There is also evidence of topographical survey on the subdivision and distribution matrix as reflected in the Certificate of Confirmation of Grant. 3. This is therefore to direct Hellen Jebotip Toyoi, Jabez Kipkoech Cheboi, Alfayo Cheptum & Kipkosgei Buigut duly appointed administrators to lodge the necessary instruments with the Land Registrar for the very purpose of issuance of Title Deed to the Respective beneficiaries. 4.
