Whether to Revoke the Grant under the provisions of Section 76 (a) as the proceedings to obtain the grant were defective in substance. The Grant was issued to the Petitioner/Respondent on 16th January, 2024 when there was already an objection on record; The Grant having been issued and signed by the Hon.
